QSound Labs' AudioPixT Multimedia Software Family Receives KODAK Picture Friendly Status for the Second Time This Year

QSound Debuts AudioPix™ Pro KPF at Comdex

Las Vegas, NV - November 13, 2000 -- Fall Comdex - QSound Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ: QSND), a leading developer of audio, e-commerce and multimedia software products, today announced that the newest member of its AudioPix multimedia software family, AudioPix Pro, has received KODAK Picture Friendly designation. It is the second QSound product this year to receive this designation. AudioPix™ Plus was certified KODAK Picture Friendly in June. QSound will showcase AudioPix Pro KPF at their booth (KPP24) in the Kodak Partner Pavilion (Booth #L6955) in the Las Vegas Convention Center, Level 1, South Hall 2.

The designation allows QSound to include the KODAK Picture Friendly logo on its AudioPix Pro software. It also makes it easier for consumers to use AudioPix Pro as it offers a direct link to KODAK PHOTONETTM online, providing consumers the ability to download their digital photos directly into their AudioPix image album to create exciting multimedia content with their personal photos.

"Kodak is pleased QSound's newest multimedia product, AudioPix Pro, has joined the ranks of the KODAK Picture Friendly program along with AudioPix Plus," said Carl Gustin, Chief Marketing Officer. "Kodak is continually looking for products like AudioPix Pro to help its customers easily use and enjoy their pictures in special ways."

"We believe our AudioPix family of personal entertainment software is exactly the type of product that Kodak's customers will want to use to create their special memories," said Marty Tascona, Vice President Business Development, QSound Labs. "Having a second product receive the KODAK Picture Friendly designation is very rewarding to us and reassuring to the consumer."
