Q1. I am trying to install QTools/AX (CD Version) and I am receiving an "Invalid Install... Severe" error message.

A1. Your version may be outdated, Please send an email to support@qsound.com, which includes your full name and QSound order confirmation number and we will send you the most current software version of QTools/AX.

 

 

Q2. I am having trouble processing audio with QSYS™ or Q123™.

A2. QSYS and Q123 require a MONO input, and produce a STEREO output. Make sure that your input is a mono file.
