Q1. I purchased QMaxII and cannot complete the installation because I keep getting the error message, "Failed To Load Dll:Qlm #0x80040702".

A2. This indicates that the download file has been damaged (corrupted) during download.  Please contact support at support@qsound.com, and we will arrange for you to receive another copy of the program. Please remember to include your full name and QSound order confirmation number as proof of purchase.

 

 

Q2. I am unable to install QMaxII.

A2. As above (A1), or, you may have an operating system that is incompatible with QMAXII.  QMAXII is compatible with Windows 98 SE, 2000, ME, and XP.

 

 

Q3. I purchased QMaxII but lost it, and forget to make a copy of the file.

A3. Please contact support at support@qsound.com, and we will arrange for you to receive another copy of the program. Please remember to include your full name and QSound order confirmation number as proof of purchase.
