3D Sound Store Product Support
Q1. I am trying to process a stereo file with QCreator and I can't hear a 3D effect.
A1. QCreator requires mono input, it will not process a stereo file. Please make sure you are using a mono WAV or AIFF file.
Q2. I have processed a file with QCreator but when I open this file in my Audio Editor I can no longer hear the 3D effect.
A2. Once the QCreator effects are applied, save the file with the "Export As Stereo" option. You will then be able to import this audio file into your favorite music editor or player with the 3D effects intact. If you save the file with the "Save As" option, you will only be able to import the enhanced file back into QCreator.
Q3. I did have QCreator installed on my machine, but I lost the program. Can I get another copy?
