iQms2 FAQs

Q1. I have installed iQms2, but some of the controls are inoperable or grayed out'.

A1. This would indicate that some of the iQms2 files have been moved or deleted. The solution is to reinstall iQms2.

 

 

Q2. I have an earlier version of Windows Media Player (pre 9.0 version).

A2. iQms2 is specifically designed for use with Windows Media Player 9 Series. You can download Windows Media Player 9 Series at www.microsoft.com.

 

 

Q3. I'm unable to install iQms2 with the file I downloaded.

A3. It is possible the download file was damaged (corrupted) during the download. Please send email to support@qsound.com and include your full name and QSound order confirmation number. We will ensure that you receive another copy of iQms2.

 

 

Q4. I have a question that is not mentioned here.

A4. Please send an email to support@qsound.com detailing your question. Remember to include your full name, date of purchase (if possible) and QSound order confirmation number.
