Q1. I have installed iQfx3...how can I now locate it in my RealOne Player?

A1. Open the RealOne Player® and select OPTIONS/TOOLS/iQfx3. If you installed iQfx3 while the RealOne Player was open, you will need to close the RealOne Player then re-open it to see iQfx3.

 

 

Q2. I deleted RealOne Player and can no longer locate iQfx3.

A2. iQfx3 requires the RealOne Player. Reinstall the RealOne Player, then reinstall iQfx3.

 

 

Q3. I reinstalled RealOne Player but can no longer locate iQfx3.

A3. Reinstall iQfx3 now, and all will be fine.

 

 

Q4. I am trying to install iQfx3 and I get the "Missing Component" error message.

A4. iQfx3 requires the RealOne Player be installed on your machine (see Q2 above).  Install the RealOne Player, then install iQfx3.

 

 

Q5. I have installed iQfx3 but I' am receiving the error message "iQfx.Dll.....File Not Found".

A5. iQfx3 MUST be installed to the same directory as the RealOne Player. We recommend you install both the RealOne Player and iQfx3 to their default install directory.

 

 

Q6. I have a question that is not mentioned here.
