QSound Labs, Inc. is very pleased to announce that Mr. Brian Schmidt has joined the Company as Chief Technology Officer. Brian is a senior software architect who spent the past 10 years with Microsoft in charge of audio, media and voice technologies for the XBox team. Prior to this, he was a consultant in the game audio industry working for such companies as Electronic Arts, Sega, SONY and QSound Labs. Brian recently received a lifetime achievement award from the Game Audio Network Guild at the Game Developer's Conference in San Francisco for his ongoing contributions to interactive audio. |
